In individual therapy, you'll find a safe and supportive space to work through many challenges like anxiety, depression, and major life challenges or changes. The approach is not one-size-fits-all; instead, it's an integrative and personalized experience tailored to your specific needs.
As an LMFTA in Washington, I have clinical experience and training with a wide range of modalities to provide you support and resources in therapy— including Gottman Method (Level 2), externship-level Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Prepare/Enrich, and TF-CBT certification.
Integrative therapy also draws from a combination of evidence-based person-centered therapies & elements of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Play/Art/Music therapy, and mindfulness— all of which can be tailored to an experiential style treatment while being trauma-informed.
